The Alexander Technique Introductory Workshop for Musicians
This is an introductory workshop for musicians in a group setting (Maximum 4 people). You can learn the basic aspects of the Alexander Technique which prevents your pain and muscular tension, and enhance your skills for playing the instruments.

This is a fun class for 3-6 years old kids to learn the good poise and balance of their active body!
Through some activities based on the Alexander Technique principles, they can enhance their senses and movement for the coordinated body, and also experience the quiet and peaceful mind through the lying down exercise. This experience in their age can be effective and helpful through their whole life.
Fee: $15

*This group lessons are going to be held in JAPANESE. However, I’d also plan the lessons in English for English speakers, so please feel free to ask me.
