ACAT provides you the free introductory demonstrations of the Alexander Technique monthly. I will lead the class on the above day. Everyone is welcome!

Fee: $320 (45minutes private lesson is included.)
Please pay the fee by the first lesson (July 3) by check. The address to send the check will be announced later.)
Capacity: 3~4 people
*This group lessons are going to be held in JAPANESE. However, I’d also plan the lessons in English for English speakers, so please feel free to ask me.
